As an existing Director of Domain Principal, Greg has an excellent understanding of the Group’s core services, and its potential for growth.
Before joining the Domain Principal Group as Managing Director, Greg was responsible for the AMP Capital Australian and New Zealand Infrastructure business. He has 25 years experience spanning the social infrastructure resources, electricity and investment banking sectors. Prior to joining AMP, Greg held executive positions with Esso Australia, Macquarie Bank and Standard Bank of South Africa, and also independently listed companies. He has worked across Australia, sub-Saharan Africa, UK/Europe, North and South America and China.
Greg has a veritable track record of streamlining and enhancing business performance through commercial, asset and people investment.
Gary joins the Group with over 10 years' experience managing and leading finance functions at corporate and divisional levels, recently as Chief Financial Officer with DCA Ltd Group Ltd and Chief Executive of I-Med Network Ltd.
Gary has a strong background in developing business strategy, communicating the business needs, building management teams, and uses his strong technical accounting skills and management ability to streamline complex organisational structures.
Gary is a Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA) and hold a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Masters of Business Administration.
James is responsible for the people strategy & systems of The Domain Principal Group. His role includes the development of the Group’s performance management system, its employee relations framework, recruitment methodology, employee communications and cultural development. James’ team works closely with National, Regional and Facility Managers in designing and implementing HR policies and processes that support a fair and humanistic workplace.
James’ Human Resources experience has been gained in the Aged Care, Health, Not for Profit, IT and Financial Services sectors at both a national and international level. As well as generalist HR consultancy, James’ background includes organisational restructuring, turn around projects, acquisitions & divestments, and providing HR advice to boards of charitable organisations.
