Residence Managers and Directors of Nursing
In each of our residences is a compassionate, professional Manager. They provide leadership and guidance to our dedicated teams and ensure that our residents receive excellent care and service.
Clinical Coordinators (CC)
Our CC's are experienced and qualified RN's or EN's who coordinate the direct delivery of care and lifestyle services to our residents.
Registered Nurses (RN)
We recognise the importance of the registered nursing role and the positive difference RN’s make to the lives of our residents. If you are a registered nurse then we would love to hear from you.
Casual Nursing Work
We are aware that not all nurses are available for full time work. With our large number of residences and flexible work place arrangements we can work around your availability. Just send your details via the email address below and we will contact you with regard to the availability of shifts.
Undergraduate & Graduate Nurses
Are you studying, about to qualify or newly qualified? If so, we have a program dedicated to supporting and developing the careers of graduates in aged care - the future of the care industry.
International Nurses
We value diversity and directly assist and sponsor nurses who have gained their experience overseas. If you have an interest in Aged Care and are interested in working in Australia, then Domain Principal Group can discuss career options with you in either our metropolitan or rural residences.
Assistants in Nursing/ Personal Carers
Our care teams are experienced and compassionate individuals who are supported by other allied health team members such as Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Infection Control and Workplace Health and Safety Officers.
Lifestyle Team
Our Lifestyle Team are dedicated and energetic Diversional Therapists and Activities Officers who provide group and individual services for our residents to help them engage in their chosen lifestyle, interests and preferences.
Hospitality Team
Our hospitality teams look for customer focussed people in cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and catering, as well as on-site chefs who provide the valued non nursing services that are critical in meeting the needs and desires of our residents.
Resident Administration Team
We look for experienced administration professionals who support staff and residents in the day to day running of the residence. These positions play a vital role in ensuring that our residences operate in an organised and efficient way.
Corporate and Shared Services
Our Corporate and Shared Services encompass Finance, HR, IT, Risk and National Operations roles. If you have expertise in any of these fields and want to work for an organisation that makes a real difference to people’s lives, please contact us.
